Trev's Restaurant and Cafe

This restaurant is always on my list when I visit Canberra. The food is AMAZING, gluten free options, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The semifreddo dessert is 🤤🤤🤤 I don't even know what it's made from but its so good. And if you're a rib fan you'll definitely love this place. I just wish they had cocktails 🥲 meals are decently priced too, we just ordered extra + dessert 😆

Would I come back here? . . . Yes. The food was really enjoyable, the staff were attentive and it wasn't a loud place. The pizza had a great crust and fresh ingredients. The chicken dish was yum, though we wish it had a bit less liquid. But it was nice to dip the pizza crust in. That bread and butter pudding was sooooo good!!! It came with a luscious chocolate ice cream that just was an absolute delight to eat. Yeah I would want to come back and try the rest of the menu. The price was also reasonable and you got good servings.

First time to Trev's. Had a wonderful brunch. Love that you have the option to choose a selection of 3 smaller meals and a healthy juice for $25.00 .. or select your meal of choice for breakfast or brunch. I also had a great hot chocolate, was really nice. We dined with friends and we all enjoyed our meals. The staff were nice and polite. The time for drinks and meals to arrive was really quick .. and the food was terrific. Well done. Each of us chose the platter of 3 meal choices. Was so good.

Partner and I went to Trev's today for a late brunch. Was excited as it was our first "date" since having a baby. First up I will say that the service is great. Staff were friendly and seated us straight away. My partner ordered a pasta dish and he loved it. I ordered the brunch tasting platter and told the waiter that I was a vegetarian so could we please make sure what I ordered was vegetarian. He said that they were and that he would also make a note on my order that these dishes were to be vegetarian as a back up. Food comes and I discovered meat in my dish (as pictured). I wasn't happy but as I had eaten most of my meal I didn't bother telling the wait staff etc. When we went to pay they asked how our food was. I said that there was meat in my vegetarian dish and that whilst I wasn't happy I understand that mistakes happen and it was fine. I said I wouldn't be returning though. The gentlemen apologised profusely and checked my order. After confirming that everything I had ordered was vegetarian and that a special note had also been put on the order he gave us a full refund of the meal. So whilst I did get meat in my dish I can't fault the service at trevs. The meals were good value for money and the ambience is nice for a weekend brunch.

The perfect dining experience! Quiet and comfortable. A really nice atmosphere for our family dinner. The best waiter - professional and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. And the food….. couldn’t ask for better! We ordered 3 pastas and a salad to share between 4 (plus chips for the youngest) and all meals were soooo good. We honestly couldn’t decide which was our favourite of them all. So, of course, we had to share 3 desserts too :D Wish we lived locally so we could eat here all the time. Honestly the best dining experience we have had in ages! Thank you!!!
